When I get together with friends I find that we spend a lot of time talking and laughing about memories we share. The problem is that I can’t always hang out with all of the friends with whom I share great memories.

So I created TheMemoryGrid.com as a place to privately share and talk about memories with friends.

After logging in (easy one-click Facebook login), you can add a memory and tag friends. If the friends you tag are new to The Memory Grid, you can easily send them an invite, which they’ll receive inside of Facebook.  If they have been to The Memory Grid before, they’ll receive an email notification and they can come in and start commenting. It gets insanely fun when people start adding comments to the memories you’ve added.

Each time you add a memory, you select who to “tag” in that memory. That memory is only visible to you and the people you tag.  No one will ever see a memory that they’re not tagged in.  This allows you to privately share memories with small groups or individuals.

I like to call it ”social memory.”

What do you think?  Would you use something like this?
